David Coombes B.A., M.Sc.
President and founder of Success Immigration Services Ltd. (SIS)
BC Commissioner for Taking Affidavits and Oaths

David_BeaconHillDavid emigrated to Canada from Great Britain as a child and became a Canadian citizen in 1961. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Anthropology and Archaeology, and his Masters degree in Biogeochemistry (the interconnection between geology, chemistry, and living things). David was a senior employee of the government of British Columbia for over 30 years.

Since 1979, David has traveled extensively, especially in the Philippines. He is an expert in the geography and indigenous cultures of the country. While traveling in Banaue Ifugao, he met Zenaida Kenept, an Ilocano-Bontoc, from Mountain Province who was also visiting the area. They became engaged, and married in 1989. They now reside in Victoria, B.C., Canada.

Sometime in the 1990s, he and his wife attempted to sponsor his wife’s family in the Philippines and failed. This sparked his curiosity about immigration laws, and along with his passion to help other people, he founded Success Immigration Services Ltd in 1998.

Jeazen Joy Kenept, Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC)
RCIC of Success Immigration Services  (SIS)
Owner/RCIC of Jeazen K Immigration Solutions
In Good Standing Member of the College of Canadian Immigration Consultants (CCIC)
Member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC)

Jeazen started working in Success Immigration Services as a Trainee in the Manila Office in 2005. In 2006, she became a Project Coordinator in the recruitment of pipefitters and welders for construction projects in Alberta and Ontario, and eventually for the recruitment of room attendants and other restaurant and hotel workers for several accommodation companies in BC, while also actively working with clients’ files for immigration processes.

In 2007, the office was moved in Cebu and became the Operations Manager of the Data Processing Centre of SIS until 2010. She decided to return to school and eventually worked part-time for SIS, and virtually assisting SIS clients’ from all over the world with their immigration applications.

She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management in 2013, has completed Caregiver Training Course in 2014 and obtained a post-graduate Diploma in Professional Education in 2015. In 2016 she moved to Canada and worked as Caregiver, while also volunteering part-time with SIS. She was hired as Client Service and Operations Coordinator in June 2019.

While working with clients, she realized how the complex and fast-changing immigration laws, policies and procedures became a hindrance for many people to be reunited with their families,  and how it became a burden caused by misinformation to many foreign nationals attempting to stay longer, or even live permanently in Canada. She studied Immigration Practitioner Program (IPP) with the aim to help the clients better. She obtain obtained the diploma in 2020 and became a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) in 2022 and now the main RCIC of the company. She is now also the Owner/Operator of Jeazen K Immigration Solutions.
